EarthLink offers a "best effort" service. That means we don't offer any throughput guarantees, but we will always do our best to provide you with the fastest connection.
 
20 Hours of Dial Up
Along with your Unlimited High speed Internet we also provide you 20 hours of free dial up service every month. We provide the dial up access to you primarily for when you travel or need to connect while away from your unlimited high speed.

With an EarthLink Account what you get is 8 Email addresses (100mb each) along with Spam Blocker, Pop Up Blocker, Scam Blocker, Accelerator (Dial up Only except \Mac users) to enhance your browsing speed up to 5 times faster, Parental Controls etc. We also provide you full protection for you computer by providing the antivirus and firewall for free of cost. 
 
Cable Internet Installation:
The Installation is provided to the Cable point in your home. Incase, your computer is away from the Cable point the required installation there on is considered as non standard. If that is the case then the wiring would need to be done. 
 
If we sign up today, you will receive a call from Time Warner/ Bright house in the next 3 business days. They will set up with you the day and time of your installation or switch. You can then set up the appointment accordingly.
 
Well, they will call you asking for a date for the installation and you can set it at your convenience. The sooner you fix the appointment with them, the sooner you would get the service. 
 
If in case you do not hear from the verifier, please do not worry. What you can also do is contact our customer service department at 1-877-ELNKVOICE or 1-877-356-5864 and request to be connected to the truevoice third party verifier and they would do the needful for you. 
 
Do not worry about the installation because the DSL kit is a self installation kit and comes with written instructions. If you have any problems while installing you can call our 24/7 technical support and they will help you.
