(1) One-year prepay - This is a standard annual prepay option of $165 for the year. You will pay up-front for service and will not pay or be billed for one year. This is the best cost savings value, which saves you $96.
(2) 1 yr. contract plan - Monthly payments, with a 12-month commitment. This is similar to a standard monthly plan, but there is a 12-month contract and a $30 Early Termination Fee. The promotional pricing is $14.95 per month for 12 months, with free $30 Amazon gift certificate. This option has a lower monthly cost than the standard monthly plan, which saves you $84 for the year. As an added benefit, by selecting this option you will receive a $30 Amazon gift certificate. This is a better value than the standard monthly Dial-Up pricing.
(3) No contract plan - This is the standard billing option, whereby you will be billed each month for service. You get first 3 months of Unlimited Dial-Up service at the discounted rate of $9.95/month. After the 3 months discounted rate the service will go to our regular price of $21.95 per month.

No. Unfortunately you can't do both simultaneously with Dial-Up. If that's important to you, you can subscribe to our Internet Call Waiting service. To get started with dial up, one does not need a disc or need to be at home. All we have to do is make a dial up account and then you can contact the tech support who will get you online within 20 mins. After making an account, you will get the CD anyway.

Your Windows operating software has an in-built feature using which we can dial and connect to the internet. We have local access numbers which we will have to feed in the computer and then the dial up modem will dial that number to connect to the internet. If this sounds too complicated to you, don't worry our tech support will walk you through the set up & installation.
